• Booking Deposit:

Atleast a  50% non-refundable deposit or full payment is required to secure your appointment. For deposit, remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before your appointment or upon arrival at the studio.

• Rescheduling:

Need to reschedule? Please notify us via phone call at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduled appointments are valid for up to 8 weeks from the original date.

• Late Arrivals:

We offer a 15-minute grace period. After this, a ₦5,000 late fee applies.

If you arrive 30 minutes late or more, your appointment may be rescheduled, and 50% of the original fee or a new booking fee will be charged.

For home service appointments, an extra ₦10,000 fee applies if we have to wait more than 15 minutes.

• No Call / No Show:

Missed your appointment without prior notice? The full service fee will be charged and is non-refundable.
