CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent. Track your order with the code under “TRACK ORDER”

Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment address. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

Yes you can.! This is considered as irregular booking because it is out of our booking time. Leave us a note(your booking time ) when booking an appointment.
DO YOU TAKE HOME SERVICE BOOKING?
Yes we do, kindly state your home location and what your makeup is for in the note when booking home service. There are extra charges for mainland location which would be added to your invoice.
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS FOR MAKEUP AND BEAUTY SERVICES.?
Yes, we accept walk-ins, services are rendered based on availability during walk-ins. We always encourage booking ahead to secure date and time.
WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING DAYS?
Yes, the studio is open Tues-Saturdays at 9am-7pm Sundays 12pm-7pm.
HOW CAN I ACCESS COURSES ON THIS SITE?

DOES THE E-LEARNING COURSE COME WITH CERTIFICATION.?
Yes, upon completion of an e-learning course a certificate is issued to students.
WHICH ARE LIVE COURSES?
Live classes are streamed via our training room. Once we confirm your time and date of booking and payment is made. A link will be shared for a live class. Classes can be streamed in any English speaking part of the world.
