Please note the following terms regarding delivery:

• A 5-minute grace period is allowed upon arrival at your delivery location.
• If we are unable to reach you within this period, your package will be returned to our studio.
• For a second delivery attempt, you will be responsible for covering the cost of both the return and redelivery.
• Alternatively, you may pick up your package from our studio, but will still need to pay the return fee difference.
